• • "Content" means all video lessons, recordings, slide decks, worksheets, assignments, assessments, certificates, code snippets, and other materials provided through the Services.
• • "Learner" means an individual who has registered an account or enrolled in a course.
• • "Order" means a confirmed paid enrolment in a course or service.
• • "Platform" means the FessorPro website, mobile application, and all related services and infrastructure.

3Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or above who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under applicable laws. By accessing and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Learners under 18 years of age may use the Services only with the prior written consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian who permits the minor to use the Services agrees to be bound by these Terms on the minor's behalf and is fully responsible for all activity on the minor's account, including all liabilities and obligations arising from such activity.

You may not access the Services if you are not legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction or if you have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information about your age and eligibility status and to update such information if it changes.

4Account Registration & Security

5Enrollment, Pricing & Payments

All course prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing may change without prior notice; however, an Order that has been paid in full will be honored at the price effective at the time of payment.

• • Payments are processed through our authorized payment partners over a secure connection. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on our servers.
• • An enrollment is treated as confirmed only after we receive successful payment confirmation from our payment partner.
• • You are responsible for any charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes imposed by your bank or card issuer.
• • In the event of a duplicate or erroneous payment, please contact us within 7 days for reconciliation.

6Service Delivery & Access

Once your payment is confirmed, access to the relevant Service is provided as per the delivery timelines mentioned on the respective course page. Course access is granted to the registered Learner only and is non-transferable. Recorded content remains available for the duration stated on the course page; we reserve the right to update or replace materials to keep them current and accurate.

7User Conduct & Acceptable Use

While using the Website or our Services, you agree NOT to:

• • Record, download, copy, redistribute, sell, or sub-license any Content without our written permission
• • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform or Content
• • Upload, post, or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes the rights of others
• • Use the Services to send spam, phishing communications, or any unsolicited bulk messages
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Website, servers, or networks connected to the Services

8Intellectual Property

All Content, including but not limited to course videos, slide decks, written materials, audio recordings, assessments, code, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and the "FessorPro" name, is the exclusive property of FessorPro or its licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your own learning and personal development. You do not acquire any ownership interest in the Content. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in termination of your account and may attract civil and criminal liability.

9User-Generated Content

Where you submit assignments, comments, feedback, testimonials, code, or other materials to the Services ("User Content"), you retain ownership of such materials but grant FessorPro a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display the User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

10Refunds & Cancellations

All refund and cancellation requests are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully before placing an Order; by completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted its terms.

11Educational Outcomes & Disclaimers

FessorPro commits to delivering high-quality educational content and supportive mentorship; however, learning outcomes depend significantly on the Learner's engagement, prior background, and effort. Accordingly:

• • We make no guarantee of specific trading returns, profit outcomes, or examination results
• • Job placements, internships, and career outcomes mentioned anywhere on the Website are illustrative of past results and are not guaranteed for future Learners
• • Statistics such as success rates reflect aggregate historical data and may not be representative of individual results
• • The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law
• • Past performance is not indicative of future results in trading or financial markets

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, FessorPro, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability in respect of any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to FessorPro for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

13Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FessorPro and its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• (a) Your breach of these Terms
• (b) Your misuse of the Services
• (c) Your violation of any applicable law
• (d) Your infringement of any third-party right

14Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful behavior, attempted to compromise the integrity of the Services, or otherwise acted in a manner that may cause harm to FessorPro or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will continue to apply.

15Third-Party Services & Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, video conferencing tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by FessorPro. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Your use of such third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

16Force Majeure

FessorPro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, strikes, or war. Where such an event affects scheduled sessions, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

17Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our services, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users and via a prominent notice on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

19Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably within 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to and finally resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws, by a mutually appointed arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

20Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and FessorPro with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
