1Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a course on FessorPro, you are committing to complete the program as per the course schedule and requirements. Course enrollment is non-refundable once the course has commenced. All course fees are due in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.

2Commitment to Learning

The courses require active participation, timely completion of assignments, and adherence to course schedules. This commitment ensures the quality and integrity of our educational programs.

3Course Access

Course access is provided only to students who have completed the enrollment process and paid in full. Students are given login credentials and access to course materials, recordings, and live sessions for the duration of the program. Access is terminated upon course completion or program withdrawal.

4Rescheduling and Withdrawal

Students may request to reschedule to a different course batch before the course start date without penalty. Course withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the course start date. Withdrawals after course commencement are not eligible for refunds but may be eligible for future course credits.

5Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent course participation, FessorPro may consider providing alternatives including course rescheduling or partial credits. Such requests must be documented with supporting evidence and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6Course Schedule Changes

FessorPro reserves the right to modify course schedules, format, or content to ensure quality of instruction and relevance to industry standards. In the event of significant schedule changes, students will be notified in advance and may opt to reschedule to another batch without penalty.

We will work with you to address your concerns through course modifications or alternative arrangements.

8No Return, Refund or Cancellation Policy

FessorPro operates on a non-refundable course enrollment policy. Once you have enrolled and paid for a course, the fees are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal or non-participation. The non-refundable nature of the program ensures the integrity and consistency of our educational offerings.
